Pick Your Poison - Family Edition is an adult game where you anonymously answer "would you rather" questions set by your friends. When everyone reveals which scenario they'd rather have, you'll find out who agrees with you and who's the oddball who'd rather live with their parents for the rest of their life! In each round, one player is the judge.

The judge combines two poison cards, creating a "would you rather?" situation. Very difficult! Players anonymously "choose their poison" and wait for the rest of the players to do the same. The votes are revealed and the judge tallies. The judge wins when the players can't agree, and the players win when the majority votes for the same "poison.
